President of the United States, Donald Trump, denounced the Federal Investigative Agency (FBI) who continued the investigation of his former advisers in a case of alleged Russian interference in the US election. Trump mentioned in his cue that the wife of one of the FBI agents received money from Hillary Clinton, her rival in the 2016 presidential election.
Trump also called the FBI's reputation 'torn apart'. Rumors and Trump's allegations against the FBI surfaced amid developments of the Special Committee's investigation of alleged Russian interference in US elections. The Justice Department's committee was chaired by Robert Mueller, who served as FBI director for the 2001-2013 period.
At the end of last week, reports emerged that Mueller issued an FBI agent from an investigation into a case of alleged Russian interference after the agent was known to write an anti-Trump-stating statement in a cell phone message.
Trump who heard the release report released the cuitan: "Report: 'ANTI-TRUMP FBI AGENT LEADING EMAIL CLINTON'S INVITATION Now it's starting to clear!"
Since a few months ago, Trump repeatedly delivered a message accusing the FBI and the Democrats of conspiring against it.
A series of Trump messages in social media called the FBI's investigation of Hillary Clinton that did not produce any indictment. The investigation was conducted in connection with Clinton's actions using a personal email server to correspond to state affairs while serving as foreign minister. On the other hand, the FBI has been heavily investigating allegations of Russian interference in a US presidential election involving its national security advisor, Michael Flynn.
FBI investigation about Russia
The retired general contacted the Russian ambassador to the United States, Sergei Kislyak, to discuss US sanctions against Russia before Trump was legally sworn in as president replacing Barack Obama, even though the election results had declared Trump a winner. As a layman without any government diplomacy, the alleged Flynn action was illegal.
To James Comey, then director of the FBI, Trump requested that the FBI not continue the investigation. "I hope you can let this, free Flynn," Trump said as Comey mimicked. Flynn was later fired and later Comey was also dumped from his position.
However, Trump insists that he never asked Comey to stop the investigation of Flynn.
"Just a lie that covers Comey's lies!" cuitnya. Despite Trump's denial, Flynn claimed to have lied to the FBI in an initial investigation. As a reciprocal, Flynn requested his sentence be alleviated.
